Can I able to retrieve a deleted ‘published’ workflow?

If yes, how?

Restoring a deleted workflow is not yet available, but it is on the RoadMap.

In the meantime, if the workflow is important, you can contact Nintex support via the customer portal, who can escalate this issue to the development team to see if they can restore the workflow.  There are no guarantees, though.

Unfortunately this isn’t possible from your tenant, but the Support team have a process to recover deleted workflows. Please raise a ticket and the teams will be able to assist you further.
