I added 12 new Yes/No columns to the forms list and also added the checkboxes to the start form but when I go to the task form I don’t see them anywhere in the Start Event Variables list so I can drag and drop on the task form.  I have tried closing and reopening the workflow, refresh F5 and nothing.  Is there a maximum number of Start Event Variables allowing on a task form?  I have 100.

I contacted Nintex Support and they had me do the following and then it worked:

1) Do a ctrl+shift+f5 on the NAC designer. Note: you might press it multiple times until your browser showing dialog pop up as per image attached, this means that the clearing cache for this designer session is working.

2) Go to the Start event action, refresh the connection and click Retrieve List

I’m not sure, usually this only occurs for third-party connectors. Never a start event form. I’ve never had this issue. I’d log a Nintex ticket.
