Hello!

Is it possible in a published workflow with an already running instance to assign a task when multiple people are supposed to complete it, or to remove a task assignment from a person so that the task is marked as complete and the flow continues?

I know that there is an option in settings to complete the task after a certain amount of time, and other options, but none of them are suitable for my case, and I can't find any other useful information. Any insight into whether this is possible or not would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @Yhaizley RV,

Thank you for your question. The only method Nintex Automation Cloud offers for adding or removing task assignees from an active workflow is Manual Delegation. While it may not meet your exact needs, it could still be helpful.

Hi @SimonMuntz

Thank you very much for your response. I wanted to ask, before publishing a workflow or assigning tasks, is there something that can be done for future cases where an assignment needs to be canceled, or would the only option be task delegation?
