I am fairly new to Nintex Workflow Cloud but experienced in on premises Nintex for SharePoint.  It appears that I have to give at least the Designer role to business users that I want to be able to terminate running workflows.  This seems similar to the security role required in SharePoint 2013, but I wanted to check to see if there is a way to allow someone designated as a Business User of a workflow to terminate them, if needed.

Please find the below permission level constrains

Action Workflow Owner Business Owner
View workflow
Edit/Delete workflow
Pause workflow
Maintain My Nintex settings
Access instances in Automate
Access tasks in Automate
Assign workflow permissions
Access workflow tracking in My Nintex

Hope this helps!
