The following error can be thrown when trying to run a form even if the permission on the form category is set properly.

 

“Form 'Form Name' could not be found. Ensure that the form exists, that it is checked in, and that you are authorized to run the form and its views.”

In this example, the category for this form is set to allow Everyone:

Instructions

The error can be caused by category for the views used inside the form is not set correctly.

 

As seen below, the category for the views used in this form is set to allow only specific group.

Additional Information

Adding Everyone role the required permissions for the views' category will resolve the error.
