hello I’m trying to stop sending email over the workflow task but only for some users based on custom configuration user table

I would consider creating two different tasks, one with the Email checked and one without. I would then place your logic that looks at the custom configuration table in a decision event. Then based on that logic have a path go to each of the tasks

look i will accept this as solution, but this not solve the issue if i need to send the task to role or group,
