Hi all,

 

We are working with the new K2 Five and we are planning to use the new Workspace. We found that we can define new workspaces but we didn't found any way to edit/delete the default workspace neither any way to secure access to new created workspaces.

 

Any suggestions?

The default K2 Workspace site is a system object, thus it cannot be edited nor removed.  As for additional custom workspaces created, I don't believe it's possible to restrict access to these sites. Currently, you may only Show/Hide them to users.

Hi lkimberly, thanks for your answer.

 

We added this feature in the ideas section as we are planning using workspace in our new projects but we think that some custom security/configuration is needed.
