Nintex Promapp mobile app – Official Launch (6th September)

Let’s re-introduce you to the new mobile app that enables 360-degree visibility of all your business processes at any time, on any device. 

Many of you wanted to get your hands on the basic capability available as soon as possible, so we soft launched this app back in early December 2021.  Since then, we have continuously released additional user experience improvements so even the largest enterprise-sized client will get a great experience, and more recently we have released French bilingual support too.

• On-the-go process access:  Empower your mobile workforce with easy anywhere anytime access.
• Process in your pocket: The app provides a consistent experience across desktop and mobile, no need to head back to your desk to get your work done.

• Improve onboarding: Faster, better onboarding with easy access to approved processes via process sharing links.

• Offline: With the offline capability, you can continue to work offline if you have poor internet access, it will be ready to sync when you come back online.  
• Process sharing links: The app can even be used without a login by sharing a link to a process to ensure that the correct process is followed, reducing unnecessary user licenses and risky process deviation.
• Available on iPhone and Android devices, phones, or tablets: no matter what your preference we have got you covered.
