How can you convert your docx files to PDF using Kryon RPA? Easily! If you need to convert your files into a PDF format to share with internal or external clients (and make sure it won’t get modified), read on.


You’ll need to have MS Office and a PDF viewer tool set up to verify input and output. (Kryon Studio Access). Afterward, you can break the process down into two steps. 

 

The first step: Using Powershell code. Powershell is already available on each Windows OS. This saves you time, as you don’t need to make any changes to get your results. 

 

The second step: You’ll need to utilize the code in Kryon. There are a few pointers to keep in mind. Powershell uses the “$” sign to denote a variable. However, in Kryon, we use it to utilize declared $Variable_Names$. As a result, you’ll have to take care of this during your wizard creation process.
