I have set a workflow in K2 Five but a participant keeps receiving forwarded email like this:

I have no idea where it came from.

Please advise if you know the cause of the issue. Thank you.

Are any of the participants in your workflow set up to be out of office with delegates? I think that could cause a task to be forwarded like this.


If you have access to the K2 Management site, you can also navigate to K2 Management site > Users > Out of Office, and it should show who has configured out of office and who they are redirecting their tasks to.

This emails come if someone has delegated or redirected any task to you or if anyone has set Out of office into K2 Management and set u as task to forward.
