We have K2 Blackpearl 4.7. We get the following error:
This error started poping up once in a while. Now, I understand this is related to the System Paging file size. I have tried adjusting the paging file size multiple times and it fixes this error but after few days this error will reappear. This happens on Production Server so need to get this fixed at the earliest.
Any tips and/or suggestions to resolve this for good?
How much free disk space is available on the K2 Server, how big is the paging file size and how much RAM is allocated to it?
Free Disk Space: 113GB
Total disk Space: 249GB
Currently Allocated Paging file: 24587 MB
Ok those sound fine and I'm assuming that was the K2 production server.
I would then check those values for the SQL server that hosts the K2 database? Also if you store information into an application database that happens to be on a different sql server than the K2 database you should check that as well.
Here are my settings which fixed this: (Total memory on this server is 24 GB)
