Start workflow/Activity as k2Admin instead of Originator

Hello,

 

We have an activity which creates PDF static copy of form and saves it to sharepoint list. But the problem is, sharepoint does not allow all the users to upload the document. Due to security reasons, we do not want to give access to sharepoint list to all the users.

Is there any way we can start workflow/activity as k2 Admin ?

 

We tried the following method:

1.Going to service tester

2.Edit the service instance.

3. Using different authentication mode.

 

But this change will reflect in all the workflow. And we do not want to start all the workflows with same user.

Yes, It is easy to set in workflow under which account you want to run the activity.

got to the process version->select version-> you will see all activities listed on bottom-> click on botton of leftmost -> you should see pop as in below fig.

    Yes, It is easy to set in workflow under which account you want to run the activity.

    got to the process version->select version-> you will see all activities listed on bottom-> click on botton of leftmost -> you should see pop as in below fig.
