1) go to your SmartObject Editable list and right click on it

2) Select security down there

3) Click + sign

4) Follow the steps below on whom to give access to SmartObject editable list

Adding SmartObject Administration Permissions

Follow these steps to add permissions:

1. Click Add from the SmartObject Security node.
   
2. The Configure SmartObject Administration Permissions page opens.
3. Click the Search drop-down and select to search for users or groups.
   
4. Click the Label drop-down and select the Security Provider label you want to search on.
   
5. Click the Type drop-down and select the type of search that will be performed.
6. Type a value in the text box provided and click Search.
   
7. The matching users or groups will be returned in the first view. Select a user or group and click Add.
   
8. The user or group will now be listed in the second view. You can add multiple users or groups by doing a new search and clicking Add again.
9. Click Next.
   
10. Select the required rights per user or group and click Finish.
