Hi All,

I am trying to creat Oracle Service Instance. but whenever i tried to add that instance, Smartobject Tester itself got hang and not responding.

Below are my server details

1. K2 4.7 Version

2. ODAC 64-bit latest version.

3. Able to connect to the oracle using ODBC and SQL Developer.

I tried to Add the Service instance using Management Form but Same issue. Form is getting hang.

Can someone please help me to create the service instance.

Regards,

Hemant

If you give it some time, does it eventually throw a timeout error?  If so, perhaps the commandtimeout can be increased:

How long did you wait before you concluded it hanged? 10s? 1min? 10mins?

Depending on the size of the DB, it can either be very fast or not so fast to create the service instance. If you see the windows "not responding" message, just ignore it and let process run.
