K2 Workspace app internal server error (500)

my k2 app works on several servers, but there is one it does not, i have no idea why.

i get the following error : “internal server error (500)”.

is there a way to fix it and how?

Hi,

have you checked the host server logs “k2/hostserver/bin/” and event logs for errors? If so can you post any details of those. If the servers are load balanced you will need to check the logs on all servers.
