is there a smartobject for Workflow server working hours that I can put into a view/form?

I’m trying to set up a management form that allows users to configure the working hours for the workflow server, I seem to remember there was a smartobject for this that could be used, or I may be delusional.  Is there a way to access this and set these hours through a smartobject or a REST or API point?
