Hi,
I am using K2 for SharePoint. I have a scenario like creating the custom list using saved list template.
I couldn't able to find any options to select a saved list template in Create List Wizard.
Note: I'm using K2 for SharePoint and K2 workflow using the designer.

I quickly tested this in K2 4.7 and you are able to create a list in a Workflow from any custom Template.
By default, the Create List Event in a workflow allows you to select a Template from a dropdown list. When clicking the "Globe" toggle button, you can enter the name of a Custom Template as text.

I'm also trying the same...but it was creating a list which uses the default custom list template.
Please check the bellow attached Images.Check the wizard whether I have done any mistakes.
