I was wonderring what are the steps to create a k2 designer user with restriction to certain views froms and folders.

I am currently using k2 4.7

Hi Basel,

Unfortunately this is not possible in K2 4.7.

The Auth Framework was introduced in K2 Five, see this document

I know there is a way to restrict access on the designer in previous versions but not forms,views...etc
