I have developed a form which uses a conformation message box. If the user click on Cancel I need a panel in the form to close. If the user clicks on OK In need to run a smart objects save. Could any body advise how I could create this rule thanks.

So all of the rules indented after your confirmation box will fire when the user clicks ok - so put your SmartObject save rule there with a "Stop rule execution" afterwards. Then add your rules at the same level of the message box to close the form panel. This will only fire if the user cancels the confirmation box.
