Your DocuSign username goes there, you can resolve it using any of the following ways:
1. Enter your DocuSign username with each run
2. Go to your Salesforce user and hard code the username in the appropriate DocuSign field
3. Use Send on Behalf Of (DS feature)

Thank you for taking the time to give me some guidance!
In my case, in case it's different for others, I figured out that in Salesforce, populating the DSProSFUsername on the user record with the API User Name solves the problem. The prompt for DocuSign username is very misleading. Anyway, problem solved!
