Rich text field with image

Hello Friends!

I have a rich text field in a custom object record where the user inputs an image. I need that image to transfer over to the Drawloop Word doc when "Generate Documents". Any suggestions? Or better yet, is it possible?

I would love it if someone could get back to me ASAP as I am on the clock with one of my clients!! Thank you!

Shannon

Hi Shannon,

You can add images to your generated documents using Rich Text Fields. We have documentation at the following link to help you configure your template document to pull in images:

I have to say that this is tedious and it would be great if the document generated would render the rich text as is displayed in the field in Salesforce and not have to use the pane option in word. We use a lot of rich text fields and many users input tables, images, and other formatting into those fields.
