production org

Hello everyOne ,

We migrated the data from Sandbox to Production,

docGen was limited to profiles including systemAdminstrator  and some profiles ,

the docGen is working perfectly in sandbox, but in production org except systemadministrator , no other profile is able to access the docGen component in record,we are getting errors like as 1064i23263EDA878E8CD6.png1065i39CC3A970ED7DFF6.pngin the picture

Hello,

So sorry for the differences in experience between Sandbox and Production. This is due to users not requiring licenses in Sandbox. Currently, please follow the options on the link below to filter out the lightning component until this behavior can be altered.
