How to edit the email subject line in DocuSign via DocGen

Hi

I am not sure if anyone could help me with this odd issue.

We use DocGen for Salesforce for the document generation. The document is sent from DocGen and uses DocuSign as the delivery method (see the screenshot 3). We noticed there is a typo error on the email subject line (the pre-populated subject line from DocGen) of DocuSign (see the screenshot 2), but I couldn't find a way to edit it on DocGen.

Could you shed me some light?

Thanks,

Paul

@Paul-Sun ,

If you navigate to the DocGen Packages tab, select the docgen package you typically run, and navigate down to the 'Delivery Options' related list, you will see your DocuSign option. If you select the DocuSign delivery option you use, there should be a subject and body message typed in there. Just click 'edit' and change to the subject to the desired text.

Note - If you do not see a subject and boy there, then you are most likely leveraging a DocuSign template and need to make changes to the subject line in your library of DocuSign templates.

Best,

Fantastic!! Thanks for your help!!
