Hello community,

Looking to get some answers. When I clicked on the Field Tagger pop out, nothing shows up in my dev org. The visualforce page opens up but with no information. It is just a blank. I am set up as the system admin and I checked that I have access to the loop.fieldTagger visualforce page. The only thing that I haven’t set up is the Authorize Nintex e-Sign part in the Nintex Admin tab. I don’t think this would the field tagger issue. Does anyone know what could be the reason? Thanks!

Could you let us know what package version you’re currently on?  We had a fix in 20.0.1 where pop out field taggers were not loading in developer orgs.

Hello Natsu and MillaZ,

I just checked the package version and it is version 20.5. If I click on the field tagger button, a box slides out with the fields (See image 1). If I click on the pop-out option, that’s where I am getting the blank (See image 2).

Thank you for the screenshot and the package version. Does this occur in other browser or after clearing your cache?

Hi Natsu,

Yes, the issue persists despite of the browsers. I tried Chrome and Edge. It’s not an issue if I switch to classic. Thanks!
