Drawloop - Error "(invalid_cross_reference_key): invalid cross reference id (InternalError)"

Issue

When trying to run Mass via Report with Email delivery option, the following error might occur:

(invalid_cross_reference_key): invalid cross reference id (InternalError) Include this Error Id if you contact Drawloop Support

 

Resolution

  • Make sure the user has access to the template.
  • Navigate to Setup > Email Administration > Organization-Wide Addresses and verify Organization-Wide Email Address.
  • Navigate to Setup > Deliverability and verify that Access Level is set to All Email.
