When Sending a DocGen Package to DocuSign, the user was not prompted to authenticate DocuSign before sending
Instructions
This can occur if the DocuSign Username on the running User Detail Page is Shared across many Salesforce Users.
The authentication is only authorizing the DocuSign API Username for the first send. If other users in Salesforce have the same DocuSign API Username listed, they will not be prompted again.
Additionally, If a DocuSign Session is open in the same browser, this may cause a conflict on the initial Authorize and Send To DocuSign. ** Please close all sessions, clear cache and cookies, or try an incognito window.
