The following error occurs when sending to the DocuSign Delivery option:
An error has occurred. Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: {"error":"consent_required"}
This error occurs when:
Individual Consent
- Ensure the DocuSign Username (dsfs__DSProSFUsername__c or dfsle__Username__c) on the Salesforce User Detail Page matches the desired DocuSign User ID in the linked DocuSign account and that the user has completed the DocuSign Individual Consent process.
Admin Consent
- An Email Domain has not been claimed for the linked DocuSign Account
- The DocuSign Username of the OAuth - Admin Consent Integration for DocuSign on the Nintex Admin Tab does not have the same Email Domain as the one claimed by the DocuSign Account.
