Clients Cannot Connect to REDIS Server

When encountering an issue where the client will not connect to the REDIS server and some items, such as robots, triggers, and tasks, are unavailable, check the SEQ logs.

If error in SEQ log states:

It was not possible to connect to the REDIS server

or 

Connection is refused when trying to connect via p3x either.


 

Instructions 

 

  1. Stop all services on RPA server.
  2. Delete %Programdata%\Kryon\cache\kryon-cache-6379.rdb file.
  3. Start services.
