Topic

Can users with the Salesforce Guest License run DocGen Packages?

Instructions

No they cannot.

Guest Licenses cannot be assigned DocGen User Permission Sets due to errors such as "The user license doesn't allow the permission: Edit DocGen Queue". Additionally, Guest Licenses do not include API Access or a Session ID.

To see what is needed for a Community User to run a DocGen Package, please refer to https://community.nintex.com/docgen-for-salesforce-33/drawloop-salesforce-community-and-drawloop-docgen-requirements-28010

Additional Information

If you would like users with Guest Licenses to be able to run a DocGen Package, you will need to set up an Outbound Message based off of an action the user has taken to trigger an Outbound Message that is set up with a licensed user as the User To Send As.
