Process Map/Group Overview content is not updating

Problem

Sometimes, updates do not reflect correctly or immediately after making changes in a process map or group overview. This usually happens due to cache issues in the backend of the system.

 

Solution

To resolve this issue, please go to the affected process or process group, click the gear icon, and click Invalidate Group Cache or Invalidate Process Cache. This will fix the issue, and the map/overview will reflect the updated changes correctly.
