Scheduled Report sent out on the wrong day after changing the day or time

Issue

When a customer attempts to change the day or time on a scheduled report, the report is sent out on the original day / time

 

Resolution

  • Deactivate the report
  • Change the date/time
  • Save
  • Activate the report
  • Additionally, this will need to be done to account for Daylight Savings times.
