We are using Nintex Classic Forms on SPO. I know there is no way at the past.
Is there any Solution to store Images from Clipboard at the Richtext-Box? if necessary Script?

Hi
The multi lines of text column configured as rich text in SharePoint cannot store images.
At best you would need to store the image else where and insert the URL into the column.
Images can only be attached to SharePoint items or uploaded as documents.
