How are timezones handled in NAC Data Tables DateTime columns?

Question on datetime columns in Nintex Data Tables and timezones.I can’t see any reference or configuration for timezone in either the table / column settings or in the documentation.I’ll have forms that are AEST (Sydney) timezone. Do I need to do any timezone conversion when evaluating or storing the values?As a use case I have a table ‘FormOpenClose’which has columns for name, open (DateTime) and close (DateTime).The idea being when the form loads it gather these values for a single row from the table and a form rule would control if the groups on form are visible and if the submit button works.The tenant workflow regional settings are configured for Australia / Sydney as my timezone. So a question of what timezone is used to store the datetimes in the table and what happens when we retrieve the values? (@Chris_Ben thought I’d tag you on this post given the Data / Tables blog post you have written and you might have further info)

How can I resubmit a rejected workflow in NAC?

Hi gurus!We am looking to create a workflow for Purchase Requisitions that will need to go to multiple people for approval - based on value.If one of those approvers rejects the request, we want the workflow to back to the originator so they can rework and then resubmit the request.I have seen previous questions relating to this, but they are several years old and links to documents are no longer valid.I also see references to State Machines, but have no idea how to do this in NAC! Thanks

Terminate All Workflows Except Current workflow in Nintex Cloud

Hello,I am working on migrating a 2010 On Prem workflow that is using the Terminate Workflow - All except current workflow option but it’s not a option in the Nintex Automation environment.  Is there any way to have this same functionality/step in Automation environment?

Using Nintex Automated Cloud and SFTP/FTP to store a file

Hi Team,Just wondering if people can help. I need to create a .csv file as the output for some forms and use SFTP (ideally) or FTP to store the .csv in a desired network location.Have other people come across how to store the output as a .csv? if so how?Also, can you save that file or any other within Nintex Automated Cloud using SFTP or FTP?  Cheers!

My Nintex 'Submit a form' option

How do I add published workflows to the ‘Submit a form’ tab in My Nintex?  At present, when a ‘Participant’ user accesses our tenant, this tab is blank.  Is ‘My Nintex’ only to be used for workflow tracking or can a ‘Participant’ initiate a published workflow from this location?  All ‘Participant’ users are Business Owners for the published workflow.

Displaying Task Status in SharePoint Online

How can I allow users to see active tasks, or tasks status in SharePoint Online? as an alternative, is there a license need for user to see tasks on the Tasks section of Nintex Automation Cloud? Thanks.

How to handle multiple users attempting to work on a task

Hi, I have a process where the approval task is assigned to multiple people. I’ve configured it to where we just need 1 person to fill out the information and make a decision on it. Has anyone come up with a solution where if multiple people have the task open and there is an some kind of assigned to value where they can select themselves. This will then update the form for everyone else to let them know in real time that someone has already taken this task to work on.This is similar to how in Servicenow if a ticket gets assigned to a group, someone from the group updates the assigned to field then it updates in almost real time for everyone else’s view of the ticket without the need to refresh the page. Even if the page can’t get refreshed in real time, has anyone come up with another solution to notify the other users in the work group that item is being worked on by someone?

Start workflow from Power Apps Email

Hi All,Is it possible to start a workflow from a Microsoft Power Apps email? Currently, there is a trigger in Power Apps that generates an email to be sent out for approval. The email contains details such as the machine name, discount percentage, quantity and amount. We need to display these fields in a form for approval, as the approval will be sent to the Director, General Manager, etc., based on the percentage of the discount. Once the email is generated, we want to start a workflow and then send the approval based on certain criteria.Thank you.

NAC Workflows - Is it possible to get more than 10 conditions for a Run If true action

Hello all, I am trying to add 15 “or” conditions for a Run If true action in a NAC Workflow.  However, once I enter the 10th condition the Add condition button stops appearing so I’m not allowed to add any more conditions.  Does anyone know if 10 is the maximum number of conditions that can be added to a Run If True action?  If not, does anyone know how to configure the action to allow me to enter more than 10 conditions?

Adobe Sign Action Get Signature output comment field

Hi Everyone,I’ve started using the Adobe Sign get signature action in my NAC workflows.One of the frustrating elements is when a signee declines to sign, adobe has the default behaviour that they are required to enter a comment.However this comment value is not on the output of the Get Signature action.I’ve created a Nintex idea to request that this feature be added. This idea has just been updated to open for voting. so if your using this action would like to see it, could give the idea some love please, that would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Adobe Sign Action Get Signature output comment field | Nintex Ideas

How to check if a status has not been set yet, if true send first email if not empty don't send email.

Hello, Here’s a workflow pic and below what I’m trying to get working in the grayed-out section.  The pic is the section of a workflow I’m trying to get working with the grayed out section what I’m having a problem with.  As it stands now, I’m purposely forcing an email if Director approves a request disregarding a check on a field called ‘Request Status’.  It’s there I’m having trouble. I want that email step simply replaced by that grayed out section.  I only want to send an email if ‘Request Status’ is empty/null/has not been updated/blank.  The customer has for that dropdown selection off the form many ‘Request Status’s they work through and already have a link back to the record to edit status from a first email when ‘Request Status’ has nothing in it, and they don’t want to keep getting emails each time they update status.What I tried first was to just test if ‘Request Status’ ‘is empty’ but that didn’t work.  I got no email (yes/or no true seemed)  It was as if the condition was
