Nintex Workflow Cloud API Xtension - Issues with UK and AU tenants | Community

I have deleted and readded the Xtension to our UK tenant and I cannot resolve the issues I’m experiencing. Is there a disconnect with other tenants other than US? I cannot replicate this Xtension in UK or AU tenant. I am using “eu” so I’m not entirely sure why it’s not rendering our workflows to pass to drop downs. It was working a year ago when I made copies of our process to the UK and AU, now it’s not working. :(

Is the below configuration not correct? Same JV file as I loaded into the US tenant, no?

Hey @brandiwoodson , I did a quick test on my AU tenant and it works fine.

When you go to Settings → Tenant and user details, does it show the tenant region as EU and are you using the Client ID + Secret from that tenant?

UK South and Asia Pacific - Australia

And yes... created new client id and secret
