As we’re ramping up volume on some NAC workflows, there’s a bit of confusion for users who have a higher number of tasks assigned.
Because you can’t use the dashboard to search any other attributes of a workflow instance (unlike in the automate→ tasks panel where you can), they have to go through large numbers to locate specific tasks they’re able to complete.
It seems like we could change the tasks to be unique (add the workflow name to the task name), but then this would make analytics more difficult at a higher level.
The best search tool seems to only be available if we give folks designer or higher role, but we don’t really want everyone to have access to add or change workflows necessarily.
Am I missing something or is there no great way to actually filter through outstanding tasks without clicking each one to locate, or ruining your analytics by naming them?
