Nintex Workflow Cloud API v2 - Broken Connector in Gallery

FYI - We have been using this connector now for well over a year. It is no longer working and Data sources using this connector will no longer submit. Nintex Gallery - Nintex Workflow Cloud API v2 Here is what happens when you attempt to submit a start event form using the operation for get published workflows. I reinstalled the xtension and created a test form and it will not let me submit. We were using this one because the OOB one that is available in the system has a limit of 100.  Can someone please resolve this connector issue and find out why it stopped working?

HelloI am using Nintex k2 5 and I want to retrieve employee details in a form from the database (smartobject) the form has employee ID number ,employee name,employee business unit where when I write employee ID number the rest fields (employee name,employee business unit) displayed automatically in the form  from the smartobject how can I do this

I can save with comments and publish a process model, but I can’t see the comments, history, etc. and can’t roll back to a previously published version… what am I missing?

Need to Delete Images Attached to Processes By People Who Are No Longer w/the Organization Without Going Process by Process (500 + Processes)

I need to be able to delete images saved off by interns and ex- employees that are attached to processes.  Images are no longer valid and I do not have the bandwidth to go through hundreds of processes to clean out images.  I need to be able to just delete an image when requested by a division as they are seeing this junk out there as well.  Looking for suggestions and a much faster way of deleting garbage loaded into the system and attached to processes that are invalid or that no one has kept up to date. (Not my circus or monkeys), I’m just stuck cleaning it up. System is not allowing me to just delete and image.  Thank you. This is a small snippet of some of the garbage images (we have docs too), created by intern temp staff, no longer here.  Says they are attached to a process and pull up the process and the image is not attached to the process.

Adding a new user who is not a member of my Azure AD SSO

We are working with Nintex support on migrating and upgrading over 100 Nintex for Sharepoint 2013 workflows into Automation Cloud.  My Automation Cloud tenant is set up with SSO authenticating to my organizations Azure tenant.  I have been trying to add the Nintex support tech(s) as users in Automation Cloud, however their email does not match my organization tenant.  I’ve tried to add them as guest accounts in my tenant, however guest accounts get a different @XXXXXXX.XXX account. Which also does not match the domain set up in Automation Cloud. So, I am looking for any ideas or help with this.  Is there someone who has done this and can shed some light on how to get it done?

RPA - Delete from Excel

I need to delete the contents on a defined Excel worksheet.  I am using the ‘delete from excel’ command but it has quit working.  I have tried several options but nothing seems to be working.  The data is in column A beginning at the first row.I tried using the ‘range’ [A1:ZZ100]; the ‘from’ column A row 1 to column A row [blank]; then changed up the ‘from’ to column 1 row 1 to column 1 row [blank]; and finally the ‘entire worksheet’.  Nothing is working.  I can delete the sheet values manually but the following day it will pick up where it left off.I am sure to be missing something simple….

Nintex RPA - Excel data to website

Nintex RPA - How do I extract data from excel and enter that data in a website?  The spreadsheet has one column.  I need to move from row to row until all the numbers have been used. Once the number is in the data field on the website, I then need to run a process and go back to excel and get the number out of the next row.  have been trying to use ‘get worksheet’ and ‘copy from excel’, but I don’t think I am on the right track.

Can you hide a NAC task form page based on a workflow variable's value?

I hope you can help me with this. I have a form (a task form) that is being used for two different groups of people. The form has pages and one page is only applicable to one group. Is it possible to build a form rule that hides a page, depending on a variable value? I have hidden the groups and controls on the page in question, but it still shows the (empty) page, which I do not want.I hope this is possible, if not, I’m going to have more than one task and form, and the maintenance of both.

Create Custom Login form

Hi, We have a worfklow and SmartForms integration.Forms trigger workflow and goes to different stages. At approval stage when approver (may be current logged in user) clicks on Approve button , the requirement is to verfiy that user's credentials again by poping up a form for entering username and password field. Also that form will show readonly informatiom about that user (user profile fields like designation,location etc.) Looking at some post on the community I tried to use AD samrtObject where I am able to get information about user properties but I am stuck with password.How I will validate the password entered by user. Linking roles to a Team Group

Hello all,I have got a process where there are more than 6 roles attached to an activity. I order to get around this, I created a ‘Team’ in Users admin area. Within that team there are 5 main roles.However, there  circa 100 individuals fulfilling those 5 main roles above.I am trying to find out if it possible to link individual roles to this team, thereby as individuals roles are updated / added, the main team will update automatically? This will not be the only process that will encounter this issue. I am trying to prevent adding each individual to the team and the future  administration of this and the other teams that will be created.Any help greatly appreciated.Darren

My status field become empty when the form is saved

I have created a form based on a SharePoint list with Nintex Forms for Office 365. My list has a field called Request Status (choice type field) with Draft as my default. When I open the form, Draft is displayed in the field Request Status. Once I save, the value disappears and if I try to add it, at saving, it disappears. My SharePoint Field settingType: Choice Default value: Draft Display choices using: Drop-Down MenuMy Nintex field settingChoice - single connected to request status Required: Yes Visible: Yes Read-only: NoAction Panel settingSave button text: Save Connected to value: empty Submit button text: Submit to Event and Meeting Coordinator Connected to value: In Development (one of the choice in the SharePoint Field)I have no rule attached to those fields.It was working when I did it but for an unknown reason, today it is not working anymore.

Getting Individual Record ID From Workflow

I am trying to get the ID of a newly created list item stored in a list with SharePoint Online. I have been able to get the first item, or the last items, or all of the items, but I just need the ID of the item that is created when the SharePoint Online list adds the ID. I also need to be able for more than one user to go in to complete forms and get the related ID to the form. Users may possibly be submitting forms simultaneously. I used a loop, but it’s only acquiring the last item. What do I need to do, to get the created SP Online ID field value, based on the related form that was completed?

Input validation - between 6 and 12 digits

I have a Nintex responsive form with a field for Account Number. This number can be a minimum or 6 digits and maximum of 12 digits. I need help on how I can set the Input validation regular expression to ensure users can enter a minimum of 6 digits (no spaces or characters) and a maximum of 12 digits (no spaces or characters).Hope someone can assist!

Login form

I am creating a login form with username and password I want the user to enter his  user name and password. If they match user name and password registered in the database , they are sent to the next form otherwise no. I also want the login employee name,employee id,business unit to be displayed automatically from the database in the next form when the user login successfully I created the smartobject , views and forms but I can’t set the rules for this

Workflow designer - unwanted shortcuts

I noticed sometimes in workflow designer for the Nintex Cloud it sometimes does some unwanted things, as if there is some shortcuts that I don’t want. When I click the mouse on the actions and then click on another spot in some combination, it flips those 2 actions around. And in some case, I think it deletes the action. I don’t know exactly which combination of clicks does what, but I don’t want it. And there is no “undo” button when it happens. It can really mess up my workflow. Does anyone know if these are “shortcuts” that Nintex designed and how to disable them?

Nintex for Office 365 Forms: Placing two smaller fields next to a larger one in Responsive Forms Designer

Hey everyone!Maybe this question is a quick one, but is it possible to place two smaller fields next to a big one? Like in this picture above I would love to place another Choice Field under the first one to use the space on the left side of the Text long box. I couldn’t find a solution for this, so I assume it isn’t possible in the Responsive Forms Designer.Thanks for your input and kind regards!Tim

Permission Management in Nintex Automation Cloud

I am facing the following issue.Recently starting to migrate to NAC, while using on-premise workflow the permissions are inherited from parent and the workflow would run using the requester’s level of access and assign tasks to approvers with no issue. But now in Nintex Automation Cloud, i see issue when anyone create a list item and there is a NAC flow running upon create list item. I get error message on the instance as “[Task.FailureInitiatingTask] Failed to initiate task”. Then i would go to the user management and assign participant role to the user who is about to get the task for approval. It would then fix it. But send an email to the approver when i add to create account in NAC and password everything. Do i need to add all the users who will be part of workflows in the user management? or am i missing something here. It will be a headache to maintain these users and also manage when anyone leave the company.
