Add variable to attachment file name

Hey there,I am wondering if there is a way to add variable to the attachment file name before storing the file in a SharePoint online list?The scenario I have is we have a photo competition and I want add the title value to the attachment name to make it easier for our communications team to link the photo to the specific title.I've attached my screenshot to give a reference of what I am trying to achieve. I am hoping I can achieve something like "Title - file name.jpeg". This will make linking that file name to the title all that much easier. Definitely would appreciate the help on this team.

Get Data from Azure SQL based on Login details

Hi, We are planning to develop a form that is being used by over a 10k people for a review process. As we have large set of data (close to 20K records) in Azure SQL DB.  May i know if it is possible to store the data from Nintex cloud form to Azure SQL and also get data from Azure SQL DB to the forms based on login user. We are also having Nintex Office 365 but it seems Nintex cloud is a better option to acheive this requirement? Thanks

Send submitters a regular digest of pending instances

Hey NWC Forums, A few people have mentioned that they tend to forget about items they've submitted while they're in process, which sometimes leads to a frantic rush to get a given item approved by the deadline. I have regular reminders set up for approvers, but if someone has forgotten to check their Updates folder for the Nintex email, all the reminders in the world won't help.  What I'd like to do is send a daily digest to each submitter of items they've submitted that are still in process. That way they can get ahead of time-sensitive requests and bring them to the approver's attention.  Let me know if there's a way to do this! Thanks.

Salesforce Query Contact Record in NWC - Receiving failure on Query

I'm building a NWC workflow that populates information in Salesforce. I'm stuck on query contact look-up fields. I'm receiving the same failure notification when I try and query the contact records in Salesforce.  Here's the use case: Submit a form to create an opportunity with "Architecture Contact". This is a look-up field in Salesforce. I submitted a form request with the name "Sammie Gibson", which is an existing contact in Salesforce. I'm trying to query the results, if the results return 1 record, then I'm updating the opportunity with the Architecture name submitted. However, the workflow is failing on query a record and returning the error message attached. I've attached a picture of the my configuration as well. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong here?

Changing Instance Names

Hi Nintex Forums, Is there a way to change the names of instances logged in the Instances page, preferably by using variables from the start form? I'd like to able to tell which project a given instance is referring to without having to click into a dozen identical entries.  Thanks, let me know.

NWC - Re-use/pre-populate filled form data/attachments within task forms

Hi Team, I am facing some challenges in Nintex workflow cloud, Let me try to explain the scenario;We are starting a component workflow in NWC and assiging a NWC task from SharePoint list workflow item creation. Vendor (External user) is filling the task form with some attachments, once form is filled we are updating the SharePoint list item and copying the attachments. Now Internal Staff can reject the form if some data or attachment is not valid, again we are starting a NWC component workflow and assiging a new task to VendorNow the problem is when the reject task is assigned to the vendor, i want to pre-populate all the data and attachments filled in first task so that user can ammend and re-submit. I am trying set the default values in second task from the first task but it is not populating, also i dont see any option to show/copy the attachments uploaded in task 1. Kindly suggest. ThanksAnkur

Multiple Cols From a Sql Call

In SP nintex there seems to be a way to retrieve multiple colums from a sql query. However with the cloud version there is only a singular column allowed: Am I missing something obvious? Alternatively is it possible to call an API (i can write a wrapper around the db) or do I retrieve all of the cols needed in a comma seperated single field and then split it?

Readable instance start data

Is there a way to decrypt the instance start data? When a failed workflow occurs, the first thing we do is check the instance start data + activities to troubleshoot. However, it is sometimes hard to read the data in the instance start data, as the variables do not match the variable names of the form fields. Instead they look something like this: se_currency_4_RgwiI2K90c : 500 This only indicates the field data type and submission data. Most times this is sufficient, but I have a form that has multiple (non-mandatory) currency fields next to each other. When only one of these non-mandatory currency fields are filled out, I cannot determine which one the variable start data is displaying. (The numbering convention se_currency_4_RgwiI2K90c doesn't help in my case, its scattered) Help me Obi Wan Kenobi?

NWC Authentication error: Non Permitted Hosts not allowed when connecting to an external API

I have An NWC Workflow with a custom extension into a 3rd party application (IdealFile). The extension created with no issues and the connection appears to be allowed. When i execut the workflow i get the attached error ( Non permitted hosts not allowed), Has anybody come across this error before?.   Diolch (Thanks)   Marc

Failure notifications

Hello, I'm looking for a way to implement workflow failure notifications in NWC. I've done some digging on this site and found a way to do it in Nintex Office 365, but no mention of whether it's possible in the cloud tool.  Does anyone know how to go about setting up a notification in the event that a workflow fails? We just had one dead-end because one of the approver's emails was entered incorrectly, but the submitter had no way of knowing until she contacted me to check on the instance. Let me know, thanks.
