Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies.

Hi , i encounter the error: "Could not load file or assembly 'SWIFT.AssignmentMatrix.Biz, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format" when i deployed K2 workflow in DEV enviroment.  At our PTO workflow, i call the method  from Visual Studio Service class: WorkflowService first . At that WorkflowService, i call another method from another Service class : AssignmentMatrixService. I added the relative workflowservice dll and assignmentmatrix dll to under in Dev server K2 bin folder.I added as reference two dlls in K2 process reference. then i deployed in DEV and tested. Any suggestion for that issue?  Thanks and best regards,ZinMar

K2 Blackpearl 4.6.8 issues with MSMQ and workspace issue

Hi Team,I am unable to install K2 Blackpearl 4.6.8 on Windows Server 2012 data center (on Winows Azure VM). I have the issue with MSMQ and K2 Workspace installation.MSMQ error: Object owner was invalid: For Example, MQCreateQueue is failed because the Queue Manager object is invalid<< I followed all the instructions provide by K2 >>K2 Workspace Issue:Error: Cannot add duplicate collection entry of type 'add' with unique key attribute 'value' set to 'NTLM'" C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlWebServicesK2Apiweb.config"The same issue is there for rest of the web services. Please help. with best regards,Madhusudhanmadhusudhan.hk1@wipro.com

What happen to running instance if change in Workflow,SO,Table ?

Hello,I would like to know how k2 handles any changes made to Workflow or SmartObject or Tables directly.Would the instances running currently would give error ?Would K2 complete the running instances with old Workflow? But what would happen in case of change in SmartObjects or Tables? How we should handle these senarios Thanks

known issue - reference event

Hi,I have read the statement about the known issue concerning reference events. But this issue should only occur when a reference (web service) was moved to another location. In my situation the reference was not moved, but sometimes i get the error "input string was not in correct format". Then I run through the reference event once more. Then it works. One day later the same issue occured again. Any Ideas?Thx,Jochen

Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.HostClientAPI' - Custom application on new server

We are hosting a custom application on a new Windows 2012R2 IIS server.  The K2 assemblies have been included with the deployed project but nothing else has been installed on the new dev server (aside from .Net and the 2008 C++ Redistributable Package).  32-bit applications have been enabled for this particular application pool. (Searching this forum has resulted in a similar thread but I didn't find a solid resolution.) Any assistance is appreciated!  When we browse to the application we get the following error:  Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.HostClientAPI' or one of its dependencies. K2 Blackpearl Core Certification

Hi, I am preparing for a K2 Blackpearl Core certification. I have downloaded the required study material and the VM for practice. However, I am not so confident because there are no sample question paper's available anywhere for reference. I am not sure as to what kind of questions will be asked, whether the questions will be basic or applicative.Can anyone please help me with this ?Or if possible, can anyone please post some questions which had appeared for their certification ?Thank You

Audit field value changes

Hello All,We have a requirement to audit the changes made to the data while in work flow.E.g. we have a comment field on a form, we need to have the history of what all changes happen to that field. If someone deletes all the data and add new, we should have the old data stored and check what changed.Does K2 have this ability out of box or we would need to do some of custom coding for this? Help appreciated Thanks

MOSS Groups Vs AD Groups

Hi all, I'm a bit unclear about the functionality of Blackpoint re MOSS Groups and AD GroupsIf I've got a forms library and I just attach an AD Group to it can I assign a the destination/email in Blackpoint to the AD group or will it only work with a MOSS group?If it only works with a MOSS Group then can I attach an AD Group to the MOSS Group and be confident that all members of the AD group will receive a Worklist Item and/or email?cheersJoe

Item Reference fields are all blank

Hi all, I have gone through the SmartForms integration wizard and created an Item Reference. I am now trying to use the fields in an email notification to no avail. They're all blank. I went into the rules on the form and made sure when the Workflow is started that the Item Reference is mapped to the correct SmartObject. I have made a list view on the SmartObject and made sure that everything is saving correctly.m I have also don'e at least about 50 other steps that I can't remember at this point, checking and re-checking everything. I have no idea what I'm missing.

Document Owner after K2 Upload

I have a document that gets attached to a K2 Smarform. When the form is submitted the attached Document gets upload to a Sharepoint document library. The process of form submission and document upload is fine, the problem however is that every document has the same 'Last Modified By' user regardless of who the user was who submitted the form / kicked off the workflow is. Is this normal behaviour? Is there a way for this to be changed to reflect the user who submitted the form when viewingthe uploaded document in teh document library? Thanks

Auditing Tables K2 Database

HI, I have iplemented cutom auditing in most of my workflows. Unfortunately, initailly it did not take into account the action that was taken. What I would like to do is join my custom auditing tables with the K2 auditing tables in the K2 database to generate reports that show what action was taken in each step by which user. I have a prcessinstanceid field in my auditing tables which i am hoping i can use as thekey whe joining onto the K2 auditing table. Would you guys be able to tell me in the K2 database which tables store what action was taken in each step. @Update: The reason, I am using custom auditing is beacsue, with K2 oout of the box, if your process called an IPC you cannot audit that. If there is a way to keep the audit going even f the process called and IPC that would be great. If that did not make sense, let me give you an example; I have proessinstaceid 123. It has one activity A and then once ativity a is complete it goes to activity b which calls an IPC and then it co

Sharepoint 2010 , Sharepoint 2013 with K2 Blackperl 4.6.8

Hello Mates, We are planning to upgratde the K2 and sharepoint in our environment. 1. Upgratde K2 from K2 4.6.6 to 4.6.82. We will continued to used the Sites which was created in Sharepoint 20103. We will create the new farm with Sharepoint 2013 We have exisitng Sharepoint 2010 sites which make used for K2 workflow. My question is will the single K2 Farm (4.6.8) support  both Sharepoint 2010  farm &  newly created sharepoint 2013 Farm?? Please let me know your suggestions? Thanks in Advance

How to Create a Tooltip for an individual entry in a CheckBox List Conrol

Hi Guys, I have a series of Checkbox List Controls with multiple entries in each.  The client want's quite a long name for each, however I thought I could make the names smaller by giving more details about the option in a ToolTip.But I don't know how to assign a Specific tooltip to an individual item within the List Control. How to count values in a list view column

Hello!I've created a list view for users and Permissions. This view should be used to put in users and the permission he should get. The problem I got is that one permission should be allocated to maximum 2 users. All the other permissions can be uses as often as they want.So I tried expressions to get a sum of the value which should be used only twice but nothing worked. Has anybody an idea how to count a specific value i a list view? Many thanks in advance.BR Michael

Reference event - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi,I am doing a webservice call within a reference event. The webservice and the call from the process is working but nevertheless I get an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". The WebService has a return value (String). When the webservice is done correctly then I get an empty string as return value. Could this be a problem? With beta 2 it was workingThanks.

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"-upon smart form submission

I have a smartform that is intended to kick off a workflow. The workflow is currently deleted at the moment, so there shouldn't be any WFs asscoaiated to the form at the moment. Upon submitting the smartform, i get an error. Note the list item is created correctly. I think this may be related to WF deletions and re-deployments. Initiating process in several activities using api

Hi, I am writing program that must starts processes automatically at specific activity.Sometimes it have to be several activities at a time, but "gotoactivity" api command expires all active activities except one the passed to the command. Is it some solution for this task?Thank you in advance for your answers
