I am not able to add domain under user manager. can you please help. check the attachment for error

What AD user are you using to get onto workspace ? Are you able to navaigate and open up other feature of workspace ?

 Are you seeing that error when clicking of the "Domains" tab?  If so and you are not be able to see what domain(s) are currently configured in the UI; another option would be to see which domain(s) is currently configured from the database.


 


In the 'K2' database, perform a select * or select top 1000 on the 'HostServer.SecurityLabel' table, and look for the row where SecurityLabelName = 'K2'; specifically the AuthInit and RoleInit columns.  How does the domain's NetBios Name and LDAP string look in both of the AuthInit and RoleInit column?  Is it the correct domain?  Does the K2 service account have access to that domain?


 


If you need to make any modifications, please make database backup before doing so.
