Form plugins - workflow comments

I have downloaded the Workflow comments plugin but I can't seem to add it to my tenant. First, the instructions say to “Import the plugin and use the Element name: wf-comments.” I guess I’m not understanding how to import the plugin, nor which JavaScript file I’m supposed to upload. When I downloaded the plugin and extracted the files, there are two folders - _MACOSX and workflowcomments - each of which contains five JavaScript files. I assumed I would use the file called workflow-comments (in the workflowcomments folder), so I tried uploading it and using the Element name as described. But I get the error “Failed to load the plugin definition.” In fact, I get this message regardless of which JS file I try to upload.I have also tried copying the JS files into a SharePoint folder and using the URLs. Same error message.I have successfully imported other plugins to my tenant. What am I doing wrong with this one?

How to Query a list and get the corresponding column value in Nintex workflow cloud

Hi All, I wanted to assign a flexi task whenever a calendar event is filled in sharepoint online.I am a first time user of NAC and i am trying to send approval email to manager whenever people are going for vacation. But we have multiple locations and multiple managers, so i have created a master list and adding lookup in the calendar list so i can use query a list action just like in on premise to match the ID’s and get the manager value from the master list and assign the task.when i query i am not getting the lookup values of the list i am starting the workflow to match to the master list, it should be easy right?But i am finding it very hard to achieve this simple task in Nintex Automation cloud, any help is appreciated.

How to keep line breaks in NWC task assignments

Hi guys,We are using an internal API to call Nintex and assign tasks. We will be passing it several blocks of text and I would like to somehow format it correctly into the task emails. A basic element is creating a line break, but I cannot get it to work. The number of items in the list can change each time, some runs it wont have a list at all.Step 1. Create a string with line breaks.Step 2. Looks okay in the Instance details. Step 3. Email arrives and the formatting is gone, and it’s all one sentence.Is there any steps I am missing to achieve this? Thank you!

Signer Verification Required

I notice  when using the “Signer Verification Required”  option within “ Static Links” while using “ Enable Static Link “ only the second signer   is being sent a verification code.  Does anyone know a work around to fixing this?

Nintex JS-Insert plugin not available in the design palette

I submitted a comment on the NAC Form Plugins topic, but it’s a relatively long thread and my comment is kind of “buried” at the bottom, and I haven’t received any replies. So I thought I’d start a new topic.A couple of months ago I downloaded the JS-Insert plugin and it seems to have been successfully installed in my tenant, but it is not available on the form design palette. This is what I see:I’ve tried both hovering over and clicking the warning icon, but nothing happens. Any explanation for this icon and the unavailability of the plugin?

Sum not working real time.

Nintex responsive form on SharePoint 2019 I’ve got a sum field that totals 10-14 fields depending on how many are chosen. Even using named controls the sum field is not working in real time.  WhenFIELD_A==”Yes” && FIELD_B==”No”ThenSet Valuesum([_1a Score A,_1b Score A,_1c Score A,_2a Score A,_2b Score A,_2c Score A,_3a Score A,_3b Score A,_3c Score A,_4a Score A,_4b Score A]) By default FIELD_A and FIELD_B are set to Yes and No. What am I missing here?

Reminder, Reminder Subsequent, and Escalations for Tasks

Apologies if this is covered somewhere else, but I was not able to find it. In NAC Tasks, I am trying to understand the difference between “Reminders After”, “Subsequent Reminders” and Escalation after (Calculate Date).(For purposes of this question, let’s say all reminders are in “Days”, and it will be based on the current date.)Is [Subsequent Reminders] the number of days after the initial reminder?  Or is [Subsequent Reminders] the number of days that the reminder will be sent out for? So, if I want the first reminder to go out in 3 days, and I want 4 subsequent reminders (every day), and I want it to be escalated “after’ the 5th reminderFor example:[Current Date] - January 1, 2024 Send out Reminders on 1/ 4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 Escalate on 1/8For the above example, would this be my configuration: Reminders After - 3  Subsequent Reminders - 4 Escalated After (calculate date) - 5 - ([Current Date + 5 Days])Thanks!
