Redirecting Work list items in bulk

Hello Is it possible to redirect work list items in bulk to another user? we have 1200 worklist items we have to redirect and doing this 1 by 1 will be a bit of a pain Thank you

508 Tab across the K2 Smartforms using Tabs

We have a K2 Smartform which has 3 Tabs across the form.  We need to make it work for 508 when users using the tab key on the keyboard.Does anyone have a solution for this?  Do you have the javascript code for it?Thanks so much!

Export from SO and importing data into SharePoint List

Hi, I have created a smartobject directly from K2 designer, which has a few hundred rows of data in.I have a corresponding SharePoint list that will miror this data set, but wanted to know how I can get all the rows of data from the K2 SMO into the SP List SO. Is there a way to export all rows out  of one k2 SM and then import (create items) into another via csv etc?Or would the way to be to put a workflow on the K2 SO and then get it to scan through the K2 SM and create new item in the SP list? Scratching my head on this one as a newbie. Thanks, Julie :-)

Retain page number when doing List Refresh on a List View

I have a List View with pagination. On that List View i have action to create/ update the data then do List Refresh. The problem is everytime im doing List Refresh, the page always go back to page 1. Is there any way to retain page number when doing List Refresh on current page List View. Thank You.

K2 for Visual Studio 2012 - download

Hi, I have some legacy processes done in VS2012 and have had to create a new VS2012 installation but no longer have the installation of the K2 Blackearl Visual Studio 2012 components. I have not managed to find a download of this install anywhere... can someone perhaps point me to where i will be ble to get a copy of this install. I am in the process of migrating to K2 Five but in the meant time need to still maintain/support the legacy processes. Thanks.

Worklist Status

Have a basic worklist that is showing all of the tasks for a given user.  There is a 'blue dot' beside each one, which I believe means its new.  The problem is that when the task is opened (click > and choose 'Open Form') the blue dot never goes away.  Anyone know if there is a setting or something causing this?

Hi I am trying to create pdf(create pdf from url method, passing id to custom form for project details ) in workflow.  It will save automatically in K2 Smartbox. Now I want to attach multiple PDF from smartbox in Email Activity same workflow based on ID's. is any one having idea how to achive this?

CRM Connection using SDA

Hi All, I have an SDA connection into our network and i'm attempting to access the CRM. I am able to telnet to the CRM server and the actual connection is working but I am now getting an error message of "The authentication endpoint Username was not found on the configured Secure Token Service." I've searched the web for information and I am not getting much help for the articles. My crm version is 20*personal details removed*.1.1.1005. Can anyone provide some direction on making the connection given the specific error? Thanks,Ben

K2SmartActions -Actioned but user receives email - K2 server was unable to action the workflow task

Secenario: Tasks were assigned to multiple users via multiple sub workflows.Some users were able to successfully action the task via email. But one of the users received the error below. But his task is shown 'completed' at the same time.*****The full error from the K2 server is 'Could not find file 'C:Program Files (x86)K2Host ServerBinTemplatesMessagesSmartActions.ActionExecuted.txt'.'.*****Reference task actioned reply email message attached.Any idea why it failed in this case?

Columns added to SharePoint List not available in workflow

I have a K2 workflow triggered by the creation of an item in a SharePoint list.  The workflow pulls some information from the new item and sends an email to an individual named in the new item.  Works great.  Now I've added a column to the SharePoint list and want to include the data in that column in the email generated by the workflow, but the new column does not appear in the Reference list in K2 Designer.  I've had a lot of experience with SharePoint workflow in SharePoint Designer, and in this situation there was a mechanism to update the list information and make the new column available to the workflow.  I don't see anything like that in K2.  Is there a way to include the new column in the workflow?  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Sharepoint Integration failed after new Sharepointmigration

Hello,our Sharepoint admins replaced the Develop and Test Sharepoint with a new installation. So we have to reinstall the K2 App for Sharepoint as well.By running the K2 registration wizard from the App catalog we get this error:Unable to retrieve realm for SharePoint siteThe described solutions inhttps://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt148364https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt137790do not work.The SP-URL ist the same but I think we have now some problems with the exisiting SP-configuration on K2 site, because the old server was connected to K2. Could this be the issue? Andi

Infinite loop even when end was reached

Hi,I created a loop that use a reference to loop through and send an approval task to end users. Once the loop is completed, it sends a final email that all has approved. For testing purposes, I assigned all these tasks to myself.  The problem is that even though the loop has gone through all the records (and I did receive the final email), for some reason the loop start all over again. When I look at the workflow history, i see that it did reached the end, but then loop is still active. It just keep on looping. At loop no 4 is terminate the workflow. This is quite frustrating. It seems that K2 does not exit the loop! Version: K2 five (5.3) with FP 43

Missing reference at Activity ‘Decision’. Error. A item with this name already exist on this contain

Hi,I created a workflow, but as soon as I add a second decision action to the workflow I cannot publish the workflow. I get the error:Missing reference at Activity ‘Decision’. Error. A item with this name already exist on this container I deleted and recreated the decision steps a couple of times, but to no avail. I Googled around and find these topics, but none are applicable in my scenario:https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt149199https://help.k2.com/kbs100134https://community.k2.com/t5/K2-Five/Resolving-the-quot-Missing-Reference-at-ConfiguredDecisionRule/td-p/104109 I did install the latest fix pack (FP 43) for K2 Five 5.3 - but the problem still exists. I also opened two tickets with K2, but there was no solution. Note:The first decision make use of custom rules, and the second decision use Task Results. The error is reported on the second decision Both decisions are in a loop

Email join hyperlink

Hello, I am trying to add a list of links from a smartobject into an email. The list is from sharepoint. I can bring in the list and separate them by a line by using the join function, but because of spaces in names i cannot just use the link field. i have tried to use the hyperlink function but i get all of the text as a single hyperlink not separated

Requested value 'true/false' was not found in Workflow step

Hello, I have a stored procedure wich accepts 1 varchar parameter and 3 bit parameters. In workflow, it is giving error "Requested value 'true/false' was not found" when it executes that smartobject activity. I tried passing TRUE from expression & "True" but gives that error & workflow stops there.Surprisingly, it was executed successfully and results in correct output in datafield also. Just that it stops with error. Has anyone encountered this error? Rgds,Nirav

K2 Management Error Logs sorting issue

After upgrading from 5.2 to 5.3, our users are reporting that the sorting fuction on the Error logs appear to only sort alphabetically and not by date.Any ideas if this is something that is configurable?

Save attachment out of email

I would like to read an email, and save the csv attachment from the email.i would like to import the data from the csv into SQLor if this can't be done, simply save the attachment to a file server

Error 500 SharePoint Online Service Instance

Successfully created one instance for one site. Followed the same steps for few more sites. When reached a particular site, I get error 500 like in the picture. All of them using one common OAuth resource. The SharePoint online on Azure AD. Got all these errors since the TLS updates as instructed by K2. Any settings needed at the SharePoint site? Or any log that I can check on K2 server?

[Help] Populate Drop down list from Picker. Does not work correctly.

This has been given me concern. Now i want to use a smartObject from a Picker, that when I type USD in the picker, it should populate the data and put the respective data inside the data onto the Drop down List. Now I used a stored procedure which looks like this and it returns fine inside the smartObject tester  Now What am I missing? Any ideas what I am doing wrongly?

Manually Integrate a SmartForm with a Workflow with button action

Hello,I have a smarform and want it to approve a task in the work with the click off a button. In the sample I have found thy using Drop Down Menu (https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2cloud/userguide/current/default.htm#How-Tos/ManualTaskIntegration/ManualTaskIntegration.htm) Does anyone knows how to use a button instead of a Drop down.Thanks.
