Issue of Upgrade from BlackPearl 4.5 (KB001420) to 4.6 (4.12060.1.0)

I try to simulate the upgrade from 4.5 (KB001420) to 4.6  (4.12060.1.0), but it fail on K2 Database configuration.. error message below.. "1112","2014-08-25 06:51:13","Error","15","15002","ERROR","SourceCode.Database.Configuration.ConfigureDBs","15002 SqlException.Number != -2, so not handling it as a timeout. SqlException.Number = 1914. Exception: Index cannot be created on object 'dbo._FieldOnDemand' because the object is not a user table or view.","anonymous","0.0.0.0","<SERVER>:D:K2 blackpearl 4.6 (4.12060.1.0)Installation","1112","e64cbf72212a4d758ff8203216003b90","" I can find the table (FieldOnDemand) from K2Server DB, wondering does someone facing the same issue?
