datetime to date only

First, I'm a total newb so please be gentle with me! I've searched for something like this and not really found anything.  The closest thing I've found is https://community.nintex.com/message/53437-date-field-formating-rules I have a start time, an end time, and an all day event checkbox on my form.  If the all day event option is checked, I want the start time to be 12:00AM and the end time to be 11:59PM BUT I want those times hidden.  I can live with it if there's no way to hide the time portion and pre-load the times, but I need the time hidden.  Think about how outlook/exchange would handle this, if you want a reference. If the all day is not selected then I want the times to show. The underlying data is date and time in SharePoint. I want to avoid JavaScript because I understand it can cause some challenges with mobile devices.  But if that's the only way, then I can live with that. Oh!  and if that isn't way too much already, I need to validate that the end date/time is after the

Creating a package

When I am creating a package there is an error message on the workflows but they working fine in practice on in the development site. Can anybody offer and advice on how ro reslove this. Additionally I am also getting the following message "Not enough quota is available to process this command". Has any body experienced this before and is for how did you resolve it  Thanks

Add multiple email attachments

I am sending an email and would like to loop through a number of files and attach each one to the email. How can that be done? Not using SharePoint, the files are coming from Azure.

Tickboxes

Hi, I'm relatively new to Forms On my form I have two separate yes/no tickboxes for users. If a user ticks yes on one of the tickboxes then I want the other tickbox  to be disabled so they can't choose an option on it. Any ideas on how to do this? Cheers

Source control in K2 Five

Is there a way to go to a previous version of a form/view in K2 Five? For example instead of version 30, revert to version 19? Also, is there a way to get information about all the version for this give List view, from versions 1-30? Thanks.

after validating a form via submit button rule, says following fields are required

Not sure how to fix this. I double-checked all the rules related to the form after the submit button is pressed. I checked all the mapping for the smartobject to datalabels. Still get this error. The form has an editable list view. The header of the editable list view is where Period label, Cost local label, and Cost CHF labelappear -not columns or body. Thanks in advance.

automating the email To and Subject

We intend to automate the generation of emails.  No buttons for users to click.  Once the data meets the correct criteria, the email is to be sent.  Using Outbound Messages and workflow.  To do this, I need to auto-populate the To and Subject fields of the email. How can I do this?  Is this included in the formula field used in the Outbound Message?

sharepoint versioning option not working while upload from k2 smartforms to library.

Dears, Looking for your comments !! My requirement is, Upload document to sharepoint 2013 document library. The document names will be changed as per combination of (Dropdown value + Table ID). If same document uploaded, then SP 2013 should allow it as new version, Instead of new file. Thanks in Advance !!

How to change OData URL

Dear all, We encountered a problem when we use reverse proxy to expose intranet k2 site url to external. We have changed the OData URL to proxy url  in k2 management. But when we use the K2 OData Feed with Excel, it prompt us that "the remote name could not be resolved:'XXXX'", XXXX is intranet k2 site hostname. We have changed the OData Url to proxy url but why it connect to intranet url? Can you tell me how can I change the XXXX to proxy url? Best regards,

Excel and Exchange Mailbox Service Brokers - K2 5

Good day. Is anyone who is currently using K2 5 also using the Excel Import Service Broker or the Exchange Mailbox Service Broker from the K2 Community Marketplace?  Are they working as normal?   Thanks, Rob

Create Custom Login Form with Smartform

Hi All,  I want to create custom login form with smartform.  The login form commonly  have two textboxt username and password. When an user click the login button, system will check the username and password in active directory. (active directory validation) and then update some smart object when an user do a login action. I have a struggle when find how to make active directory validation in smartform. (username and password)Is it possible to create active directory validation in smartform? Please anyone help to my case.   ThxRegards,Daniel

Azure Active Directory Error

I have setup Azure Active directoy. - I'm able to login to forms using Azure AD credentials- View / Use smart objects related to Azure AD  (User.GetList etc)  When I go to add an AAD user to Security Rights, I get the following error. 'Server RightsService: URMService Service Guid: 4c2f62ea-be8d-4600-a2b5-185902bdd20a Severity: Error Error Message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. OAuth token requires authorization' I check the Oauth, and a token has been generated.   Unsure of what to check.

Item View Text Control - Change font color on overtype?

Hi there.   Situation - We're goin to do a read method to populate an item view with various values from a database.   The end user will be able to edit/update these values in the item view by typing over the old value with the new value.   We'd like any values that the end user overtypes to be in a different font color so that before the end user hits "Save" he'll be able to easily identify all the changes he made.  Any way to do that?  I have been experimenting with conditional formatting, and nothing seems to be working. Rob

Best practice for offline mode forms/workflows saving master-detail stuff

I have a specific use-case in Mobile offline involving workflow that I could use some help with. Imagine I have a form with basic header information.Then I have a detail section where the user can attach multiple pictures.This form is to operate offline. When trying to save the master/detail stuff from smartforms and then starting the workflow, I have no way of getting the primary key of the smart box save I just did.  This is all in batch mode.  If I try to start the workflow and pass the form data to the workflow via fields, I can save the master information, server side in the workflow to get the primary key back, but how do I handle the images?  I tried to pass the image to a process data field and then save the detail record to the smartbox, but it doesn't seem to save correctly as an image. I wish I could just do this master header/detail save in the smartforms, but I don't get the key back.Anybody else run into this issue?  How do you handle it?  How do I handle images when pass

Redirect URL when user clicks Cancel Button

Hello - I know it's possible to redirect users when the form has been submitted to a custom URL, but does any know if it's possible to redirect users when they click the cancel button?  We have a form linked in a central library and would prefer to keep them out of the source list which is what is presented when they cancel the form. Any suggestions and help will be appreciated. Thanks! Jason

Reset dropdown controls by changin options in nintex 365.

Hello Team,I am trying to reset a dropdown control based in a checkbox, I would like you to check my code and give me some feedbacks, I have done something similar in Nintex on-premisses but this solution is not working for nintex form 365... Here is the script that I am using: NWF$(document).ready(function(){ var obj = NWF$("#" +Driverc); obj.change(function(){NWF$("#" + Transporttoc).val('');} );} ); The checkbox driver appear if the option "From Airport to Hotel" is selected in the dropdown, otherwise desappear.Now what I need is: If checkbox has been selected and then the user realized that is not necesary and uncheck it, then reset the dropdown. Thanks in advance

Query List not returning columns

Hi, I am building a simple query list workflow, to send a reminder email. Basically we have a list of appointments, and I want to send an email to the "Reserved by" column a day before the appointment. I used a add time to date  action and captured in a variable. The workflow is sending the email, however I an not capturing the  Instructor" column and the date and time is not correct as it is in the list. Please see attached, and iIwould appreciate any assistance. Thanks, Paul G

Form not displaying in workspace

I have a form that isn't displaying in the workspace window. If I open the email link that gets sent, or if I click on the Open button on the bottom right of the workspace window, I can get the form to display in the browser. I just can't get it to display in the "inbox" window within workspace.  I've tried adding the site to Compatibility view, as well as adding the URL to the trusted sites in IE and still nothing. Just the popup along the bottom of the window that says "Only secure contect is displayed" and a button to click to allow unsecure content. If I click it, the page reloads and nothing happens. This is happening in both Chrome and IE It works just fine in my dev environment. But once I moved everything to prod, I started to get this weird behavior. Could it have something to do with the fact that production is a secure site, and dev isn't?

File attachment in List - How to change Font?

Hi, I have a list displaying attached files, but the filenames are tiny. So you would think that i could go into the column and change the BODY font of my choosing, but alas it is Greyed out? Why can't the font be changed on a File column? Thanks

List view will not open for editing

Hi, Anyone know how to edit a list view that just sticks on the Green spinner trying to edit it? I added a script to a Data label on the view and since then the view will no open when i click edit. I can do Checkout, Check-in, but cannot edit it? I tried doing a SAVE AS, but that view also sticks. Any way of getting into it?

Remote server returned an error.(407) Proxy authentication required

Hi, We are using K2 blackpearl for Sharepoint 0365 site. We have K2 workflow deployed to SharePoint list. When workflow executes, at particular step , it will invoke sub workflow.The Main workflow will wait till the item is update to specific condition.For this in Subworkflow, Dummy task is created that will check status for every 3 hrs.Once item in sharepoint list is updated subworkflow will end and go back to parent main workflow. But here, we are frequently facing 'Remote server returned an error.(407) Proxy authentication required' error in subworkflow.When we retry it gets completed.Can anyone help us what cause this issue? Regards,Nidhya

update multiple lookup field

I want to Create and item in Task List collecting data form another list. Though other Text & Single lookup field can be directly added but when i tried to update a Multiple lookup filed it says  error as below. An unexpected 'PrimitiveValue' node was found when reading from the JSON reader. A 'StartObject' node was expected Totally frustrated with Nintex o365 I mean its simple one i want to update a list with values form other list. I even check that other user are also facing issue .  I also tried to update by REST api but i can get the values of the Lookup field in Comma separated so that i can use it. As if i tried to query and read the field it return [[2,3]] which is of no use.

How to rename Folder in K2 deployment package

Hi I have created my views and forms in the Dev environment which has the parent folder structure of : Sharepoint 2013 > spk2dev > Sites > [K2ProjectName] > Forms/Views/etc Whereas in UAT and LIVE are as under Sharepoint 2013 > spk2uat > Sites > [K2ProjectName] > Forms/Views/etcSharepoint 2013 > spk2 > Sites > [K2ProjectName] > Forms/Views/etc Issue: When I create a deployment package in dev and deploy in uat, it creates the folderstructure in the destination environment as specified in the deployment package carrying spk2dev in it. whereas I want it to deploy under spk2uat in the UAT environment and under spk2 in the LIVE environment. How do I achieve it please? Thanks

extract emailadress from a collection variable

Hi, I have a List Business Change Request ehich starts a workflow when a new item ist created. The stakeholder are all in a separated list. So I did a list query which asks for all the stakeholder fields. With for each... I go through with a collection Event (pick up) it works....BUT. when I send an email with the COLL variables I get the usernames like "i:0#.w|domainNAME". I would prefer to extract somehow the email address itself but I have no clue how to do that. I have to say that I've been am not the NINTEX crack yet. Hope this is possible.
