How to sign up for Nintex University

As a new user wanting to access Nintex University, please use the following steps to get your account created:In your browser, navigate to Nintex Customer Central. Click the Sign Up tab. Fill in your information and click Sign Up. Your organization’s Nintex Customer Central administrator(s) will be notified of your access request and will add you to your organization’s Nintex Customer Central site. You may see a prompt stating an account already exists and that Nintex Support has been contacted on your behalf. If you get this prompt, please wait until Nintex Support contacts you or contact support@nintex.com for priority access inquiries. You will receive an account verification email from our SSO provider. Click the link within the email to complete your account creation. This is how your account gets created with our SSO provider, allowing you to access Nintex University. Log in to Nintex University using the email and password combination created in Step 3 above.There will be a sl

Locate, Copy, and Paste Links for Nintex University Courses and Learning Paths

It’s easy in Nintex University to locate, copy, and paste course links! Log into Nintex University. Navigate to the Catalog. Select a course. Hover over the selected course until pops out. Click the course image (not Start Now or Enroll). The course loads to its description page. Navigate to your browser’s address bar. Select and copy the course link. Paste the course link as needed. You can copy and paste learning path links similarly.

To help with navigating the changes we’ve made to the Process Manager training content on Nintex University, here’s a helpful map of old courses to new courses. Please remember that we have broken up much of the previous content into smaller courses and eliminated several duplicated courses, so there is no direct one-for-one mapping. You can also eliminate the hassle of signing up for these individual courses by signing up for our new learning path: Process Manager Essentials for Beginners. Enrolling in a learning path enrolls you in all courses contained within, so you won’t have to worry about which course you need to take next.
