📢 Process Manager Content Updates 📢

Hey, Process Manager users! The Customer Enablement team is excited to announce that we have just launched updates to one of our how-to videos and three courses on Nintex University. These updates bring product enhancements and extra information to enhance your learning journey. We can't wait for you to check them out!

Nintex University

  • Process Manager
    • Updated Courses
      • Process Approval Workflow
We have updated this course to include information about the new product enhancement: Inclusion of Process Approvers in Initial Publish Approval Flow. Users set as Process Approvers within a draft process (a process not yet published) are included in the approval flow for the initial publish. The approval flow for any previously published processes will remain unchanged, and a new user set as the Process Approver will still require sign-off from the existing approver. This ensures that draft processes have a complete approval flow.
      • Process Approval Workflow Configuration
We have updated this course to include information about the new product enhancement: Approval Routing. Promasters can choose whether process approval requests should go to the Process Owner or Process Expert from the most recently published version of the process or the most recently saved version of the process.
      • Process Group Management
We have updated this course to include information about adding Regional Process Group Champions: Regional Process Group Champions are additional users responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. They have the same process editing rights as the Primary Champion, who has the main responsibility for maintaining and improving all processes within that area.
