Hey folks,

as we struggle creating a good user-flow for our employees in K2 Five / automation on prem, we are looking for some examples (screenshots) of solutions for that. For example a dashboard with permissions to smartforms (f. e. applications) the employees can use by their roles.

Or other creative smartforms the community has created… or is there a public showcase I can’t find? :)

there is an example on the Nintex Community site of a tool called the K2 Menu System which can be used to create custom role based menus. You can take this application as a base and include it in your applications.
