nintex 2019 cancel button is unavailable

We are upgrading to sharepoint 2019 and nintex 2019.  When we upgraded and use classic mode everything seems to be working but the cancel button is missing.  I was wondering if their is something we can change to get it back.  I know work around would be to put a button the form and hide it and show it on the ribbon but I dont want to do all that work on all of our forms.  THANK YOU.

 

Any Help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Please advise the build of Nintex Forms you upgraded too.
Please provide a screen shot of the ribbon.
I have tested on the latest build of Nintex Forms 2019 and the cancel button does appear on the ribbon where it should be.

Hi,
Hit the orange Reply button instead of the Quick reply button and you will get a richtext editor to add images etc.
You could try upgrading to the latest build of Nintex for 2019 and see if that resolves your issue.
