Spark Update 3 V2 - 12.4.7 - Picklist fails to load values on Custom Picklists

Hi Pat, it looks like there’s an issue with how we’re handling picklist options when Task record types are enabled. I am logging this as a known issue in our tracking system. We will let you know when the fix is available.
This appears to only be affecting the Task object when record types are enabled.
