When cloning a component somewhere within multiple nesting doesn’t place the new cloned component just below. I’ve seen it placed at either the top or the bottom of the page. Real pain on large pages. 😕

I have seen same thing

Hi Pat. This issue actually looks to be fixed in the latest release, as a result of other product changes. Can you confirm?

I can confirm this is not fixed, and I am on the latest release. Cloning a component that resides on a modal creates the cloned component on the base page.

Hey Michael can you try upgrading to 12.4.14 in Sandbox and seeing if this resolves the issue for you?

Best practices for upgrading can be found in Upgrading Skuid on Salesforce. As a reminder, Salesforce does NOT allow reverting back to prior versions of managed packages. Skuid always recommends installing new versions in a non-business critical sandbox environment to test all mission critical functionality before installing into a production environment. We also recommend that you update out of date themes after you upgrade. Please let us know if you continue to encounter any problems with this issue after upgrading.
