It would be handy to be able to sort by Module on the PageList table. Just takes one click, Skuid!

Matt~

I agree, that would be really awesome! I’ll put it in the queue for things to consider for future releases!

Thanks for the suggestion :)
Karen

Wait isn’t this already possible in the Skuid Pages List page in the top right corner where it says “Module: Billyboard”?

We have a problem with our org where the page list has no module selected by default. Is it possible to make this any module by default instead?

Hi~

You’re absolutely right, Karl. I was thinking along the lines of allowing users to make Module column sortable via the arrows. That way, you can still see all the available pages but they’ll be sorted based on Module.

Matt, what did you have in mind when you added this idea?

Thanks!
Karen

Yes, we can already filter by module. I’d like to be able to sort.

Matt~

Have you tried to edit the PageList in the composer and marking the Module list to “Allow Ordering” in the field properties?

Thanks!
Karen

I can’t edit skuid__PageList, can I?

Matt~

Snap, you’re totally right. Got me on that! You can edit the page but you can’t save the changes 😦 We’ll keep it as an idea under consideration …

Thanks!
Karen

This would still be useful, as would a multi-picklist for modules filter (possibly possible in the new version??)

posted a separate idea for that here https://community.skuid.com/t/module-multi-picklist-filter-on-pages-tab?rfm=1&topic_s…

Jack - your ideas are good.

But you can totally clone the page list page - as long as you move the cloned page out of the skuid module.   In that cloned page you can change things to your hearts content…

Or you can make a new skuid page all on your own - going after the page object.
